Judges who are recommended by the Club as being suitable
to award C.C.'s in the breed but are not, as yet, approved by the
Kennel Club for inclusion on the A2 list. The requirements to be
included on this list are as follows:
a) to have judged a minimum 'hands on' 200 dogs. (This is not the
number of dogs entered in the classes but the number of dogs actually
gone over, excluding repeat entry dogs.)
b) to have judged at least one Weimaraner Breed Open Show.
c) to have judged Weimaraners for a minimum of seven years over
a wide geographical spread and to have the support of the Club.
d) to have bred and/or owned a minimum of three dogs when they obtained
their first entry in the Kennel Club Stud Book (save in exceptional
circumstances).
e) to have attended a seminar given by the Kennel Club Accredited
Trainer and passed the relevant examination on Kennel Club Regulations
and Judging Procedures.
f1) to have attended a seminar given by a Kennel Club Accredited
Trainer on Conformation and Movement
f2) to have attended a Conformation and Movement 'Hands-on' Assessment
conducted by a Kennel Club Accredited Trainer and passed the assessment.
g) to have attended at least one breed specific A3 seminar run in
accordance with the relevant Kennel Club Code of Best Practice and
passed an examination and assessment.
h) to have stewarded over a minimum of twelve days at shows.
The fulfilment of items (c) to (h) are mandatory and any applicant
must meet the requirements of at least ONE of (a) and (b)
